The Center for English Language Teaching (CELT)
In 2023 I worked as a Student Activities Officer at the Center for English Language Teaching, which is part of the University of Western Australia. I was brought into this role to create a sense of student community and engagement. Very quickly this evolved into a more graphic design and social media focused role. I gave their official social media page a complete refresh, created original content through photos and videos promoting different events and activities.
I created many reels which I edited either with CapCut and AfterEffects. These reels were very popular and saw engagement soar on their social media page.
Overall I found this role very rewarding as I was able to have a direct and positive impact on international students. I really enjoyed capturing content for social media across a range of sites and activities.
